well i hate to be an a$$hole, which i know im being, but i reallllly dont feel like having to set my lineups every other day because i drafted 18800 mins(which is gonna happen with this cap) so im going to bail and join the new 47 mil cap draft league....sorry to do this so close to the start of the draft....if the cap changes to 47 in the future i will gladly be back in this...good luck

Just a quick question and maybe I just don't understand these things.  If i'm 23rd on the list and I choose closer to 24, how I am now 15th in the draft?

Let's see if the new guy understands this:  you had the 23rd (which became 19th with owners dropping) pick of Draft spots.  9 of the 22 owners who selected Draft spots prior to you selected closer to 24 also.  Follow the closer to 24 selections right down the Draft spot selection list, and you have the order from 24 backward in the actual Draft.  Am I correct?
