With my second pick, I'm going to fulfill Spot 13 on the list.  I was going to go with a certain T.V. Star of today who is sexy as hell - but when I realized she was born in Columbia, there would be those that would cry that Columbia isn't a "Hispanic" culture.  Anyway, I'll let someone else taste her charms.  My pick...
