When the league is full I will randomly assign each owner one team from the 89-90 NHL season.  You look up that team's roster, and you can use any player who played at least one game for that team, regular season and/or playoffs, to build your roster.  The twist part is that you can use any season of your chosen players' careers to build your roster with.  Cap is $75 million.  So for example, you get the Kings, you'll want to use Gretzky but you can "twist" him to use any of his Oiler seasons.
