Description: Season 29 of the NWP! MLB's 1989 season saw Rickey Henderson return to the A's and lead them to their first title since 1974. Oakland's victory over SF was perhaps overshadowed by the earthquake that rocked the Bay Area before game 3. The Cubs surprised everyone by winning the NL East, and Kevin Mitchell fell just short of 50 homers. Thanks everyone for being part of the NWP!
