Choose 5 different franchise/years, pick 4 players from each franchise/year. Each season must be at least 15 years apart. Your last franchise/year are your scrubs under 300k and are exempt from the 15 year gap (can be any season). No duplicate franchise

And all leagues take awhile to fill.... when you get a few signups here and there you can keep the league alive but when it stalls for 2 weeks that's not fun and that's why I zapped the last one

Yes there are 6 franchise but the 6th are not likely to play

Yes it could happen that 2 owners have a franchise/year in common and I would allow it since there will be lots of variety in the rosters

Plus, it doesn't mean they will both have the same 4 players from, lets say 81-82 Kings
