rift, it's ok. I get the frustration. Many of the ol' timers can tell you I used to be very vocal about the same things that are bothering you, but eventually I just realized that I will just have to get used to it. Some owners are conscientious and put WIS drafts as a priority (being ready to pick, or sending proxies if they KNOW they are going to be unavailable for long stretches) and some just don't care and empathize about 23 other guys waiting for them. Some owners will tease you with ONE pick at the end of the night and then make their 2nd pick in the morning, rather than making both picks simultaneously at night so nite owls can continue picking that night.. The same owners do the same things every draft. It is what it is. No use in getting riled up about it...you just make enemies and resentment.
