So...my favorite leagues of all-time have been those of the blacklist variety. I don't often attempt to create a league, but I'm hoping this one gains some traction (mainly because I love them).

The rules are fairly easy: $130 mil cap, all seasons available. No AAA, WW, Clones, or Injuries. I envision DH being used every other season, starting with season 2, just to mix it up. Season 1 is a fresh start, so everyone is available.

Now for the blacklist...after each season, the following leaders will be blacklisted for future seasons: HR, RBI, BB, SB, and Batting Average. For Pitchers: Wins, Saves, OAVG, WHIP, ERA. If there is a tie, both are out. I will be reading the leader columns from left to right, so if a player leads in Home Runs and RBI, the next player down will be blacklisted for RBI and so on. IN ADDITION: I've often found in blacklist leagues that the one position group never touched are stud middle relievers. Thus, the loser of the world series will select one middle reliever from the World Series Winner's roster to blacklist for future seasons. NEW RULE....the stadiums of the world series teams will also be blacklisted the following season.
