as soon as the new rosters are out I will be making a theme league with these rosters only any suggestions for the rules cap etc?

as of now present day 88 mil cap no injuries PI off trades OK NO WW AVG MLERS

I'm out of teams, but I'll likely join. I'd recommend a cap between 70 and 90. There may be some bargains but maybe not.
