The conference increased by 147 points - a strong improvement. The gap from the top team to the bottom went from 132 points to 140.

Delaware State (682) is significantly above the next three teams (Hampton (655), Morgan State(646) and Norfolk State (636). The next 6 teams are within 43 points of each other.

7 of the 12 teams increased and 8 decreased. Delaware State had the biggest gain (+75) followed by North Carolina A&T (+59), Morgan State (+58) and Maryland Eastern Shore (+57).

Remember: The rankings is that they do not take into account potential/improvement of younger players, but there is no real way to measure that before the season.
