Here's another popular theme that I've ran for years in baseball, and once in hockey. Thought it would be fun to try with the new players being available soon.

Select a country or province from the list below and comprise your roster only from players born there. We aren't going to use Ontario because it's just not fair!

All seasons of Lemeiux will be blacklisted as Quebec is really strong.

Two versions of each country/province are allowed.

Rules:

• $120 million cap
• NO: Clones, injuries, ML, trades, PI, or waiver wire.
• YES: Relaxed rosters
• Use arena located in your country/province. If one isn't available use home arena from one of your goalies.

Recommend upping limit from 2 to 3 at least, maybe 4. In with alberta and USA

I think removing Ontario completely will make some of the smaller countries/provinces more competitive.

I've got a Nova Scotia team ready to go, just waiting on 2023-24 Mackinnon!
