We have some Rules to go by: A $30 million Prospect Cap; Min Win Floors of a 50/110 pattern. In the first year a team must win at least 50 games and in consecutive years must win at least 110. Also a No 100 Loss 3 Consecutive Seasons Rule which is self explanatory.
NL West Team : A team that had good stewardship this past season and needs just a tweak or 2 to put them into playoff caliber contention. It has 18th overall pick. Some nice vets on ML squad and most around 28 years of age. Minors are well managed with real comers and not in need of an overhaul of any type.
AL South Team : Has struggled last 3 seasons, but with 3rd overall pick it has and will have stored up many prominent prospects in its minors. This franchise is ripe for an owner who's adept at pushing the right buttons and enjoys turning a challenging franchise into a winner, and in a short time it can happen.
