I have good news and bed news.
The good news is I have an interesting idea for a league.
The bad news is it was -10c this morning. But more seriously, I couldn't run this so if anyone would like to take it on, it would be yours. This league would be a few months away from starting because I want to include the new numbers.

Eligible players are those drafted starting with the 2014-15 draft to drafted this past season.Why did I pick 2014-15? Because I can hahaha.
Everyone enters the league and picks one player. I will allow players to be picked multiple times but after each owner has made their pick, that player goes off the board. So, we can have 10 people pick McDavid as their main player entering the league but if you pick Draisaitl as your 1st pick, you cant take McDavid after. I use Draisaitl as my example because we would ideally have 12 East Conference players and 12 West Conference players.Once you pick your first player, the remaining 22 players have to be from the same conference. There is no twisting so if you chose a player like Jack Eichel, you either have his Buffalo or Vegas stats and that determines what conference he will play in.

My idea here is to see different players. I would like to see Matty Beniers, Alxis Lafreniere. Quinton Byfield, Mathew Barzal, Clayton Keller. I am not sure at this time how to make this happen. Maybe we can cap half the team at 5 million per player. I know Byfield will have ok numbers. Lafreniere's will be up.

Thoughts?

It would probably be doable to pick our players now or at least soon. We pretty much know that Matthews will be through the roof for this season and a guy like Evan Bouchard will probably be worth a few dollars.
