The Classic 16 is a 16 team progressive made up of the original 16 franchises as they existed heading into 1961. We just finished our first season and are preparing for the 1962 draft. Our Baltimore Orioles owner has gone MIA and we're looking for a replacement. The Orioles finished 94-68 last season and have the #11 pick in the draft.
One thing that makes this one unique is the ability to claim franchise rookies. For example, the Baltimore owner would have the opportunity to claim Boog Powell in 1962 or Dave McNally in 1963, as well as Jim Palmer in 1965. I can provide more details on this process if you're interested.
