All players must be from 1960-2023.
All Ball Parks must be from 1960-2023, and have a + rating for Home Runs.
This league should produce some interesting Strike out and Home Run numbers.

Your cap might be too high. From what I can tell there are only 10 hitters with salaries over $6M in that time range with a low enough AVG, and none top $7M. And most of them have high salaries because of defense. So you'd be looking at a max of $60M being spent on a lineup, and that's assuming people are paying for defense that will be much less important than usual anyway.

Just looking for strike outs ,and home runs ,money can be spent, on different combinations of pitching hitting and defense.
