No. At least not directly.
However, it is possible to get your pitchers to be selected as a PH (or to be used as a DH in leagues that have a DH). I am not sure of the exact mechanics - but basically if all other possible position players are fatigued (or, perhaps, manually set to rest), SIM will select the best-hitting pitcher who is not fatigued and not otherwise in the game. Others may be able to give more prescriptive advice.
