I've been following you experiment and it seems like you've hit a bit of a wall. I have some things that I noticed about your roster that I don't particularly like. Lots of things I do like, but you don't need me to tell you that I like your starting 5 OLs, because you know they are good. In my experience I've noticed that OL strength is more important for running the ball than blocking. A few of your players younger OLs have D3 level strength. I hope Gould, Fuller, Mobley and Tucker have VH potential, because I don't think their strength will be competitive at DIAA. I like Joe Morris better because of his 90 strength, even though his blocking is 54.
Also, someone above mentioned that your team fumbled a lot. Once again, in my experience, higher RB strength *should* help reduce those fumbles. One other thing, I haven't really looked at your game plan, but do you run inside or outside? In my looking at your backs, I think they are all good, but not great. They seem like good general purpose backs, however, a team like this might require specialists.....you have very few 80s in the cores of strength and speed. I would think 90+ speed would be a must for explosive outside running. A 90+ strength would improve your inside game and probably reduce fumbles. You really need big plays for a running team to win, because too many drives will be 3 and out. Scoring can be a big problem in big games unless you have the strategy down, and that includes recruiting the "correct" players, even if they won't be the "best" players.
