So you're OK with polygamous marriage being the law of the land?

Sure, if it's harmless like gay marriage.

Again with the conditional answer.

According to you, there is no harm that you are aware of with polygamous marriage.  And your long time stance has been "if there's no harm, and it makes people happy", then changes to the "traditional" definition of marriage should be allowed.  Yet you cannot give a definitive answer about polygamy?

Out of curiousity, does this change the same sex incestual marriage?    After all, the "harm" of SSIM was the possibility of birth defects.   SSIM couples won't be having kids.

I can say definitively that gay marriage is harmless. There isn't a reason to prohibit gay marriages.

I can't say definitively that polygamy is harmless. If it is, then there isn't a reason to prohibit it. You seem to think that it isn't harmless. What's the harm?
