fire13, I need clarification on the franchise you are assigning AW.  1880s are not eligible, because there are only 5 seasons in WIS (1885-1889), and the rules stipulate the franchise must have at least 8 seasons in the decade.

Did you mean the 1890s? 1980s? Another decade? Or a different selection altogether?
