There we have our Season 82 National Champs Drew led by coach dtm1500.  Drew managed to defeat Menlo 97-83 spurred by an excellent first half reaching 60 points and a 15 point lead they never relinquished.  Menlo managed to get with 8 at the 2:20 mark, but Drew stepped it up and held Menlo scoreless for the remainder of the game.  Brian Jones was a match too strong for Menlo's guards, as he scored 29 points with 6 three pointers.  Menlo had a very balanced scoring attack with 5 double digit scorers, but severely lost the foul game attempted 15 compared to 45 of Drew.

Congrats to both teams great seasons for both.  This is dtm's 7th title on HD and 1st at Drew in Knight having come out short twice in earlier attempts.
Menlo finishes the season with its best in school history, setting records for wins, rank, rpi, and the farthest it's advanced in the tournament(previous school record E8)
