I'll take the 1892 Philadelphia Phillies (T.Keefe) and 1889 St. Louis Browns (T. O'Neill).  

Can you spell out the rules regarding filling out rosters of teams that don't have a combined total (hitters from one team plus pitchers from the other) of 25 players in the WIS database?  In a site mail response to me, you agreed that $200K players from the two franchises' histories would be OK, but are we restricted to that?  I.e., are $300K players OK?  If so, what's the limit?  And must we use all of the players on our rosters BEFORE we go seek $200K players (assuming that's your ruling)?

The 1892 Phillies have 11 hitters in the WIS database (plus O'Neill makes 12).  The 1889 Browns have 6 pitchers in the WIS database (plus Keefe makes 7).  That's 19 total.  Is it OK to go get six $200K players to fill out the 25 player roster?

When you say twist them to any year they played do you mean all pitching and batting? We can change any of the players we drafted to any year they played?

Sophiegiants you can fill in your roster with any 200k players from 1880 thru the early 1900's if that helps.

Sophiegiants I just realized I had fatboydad take all pre 1900 200k fill ins - so if you could do the same that would be great. if you are still short you can use very early 1900 players.

Just was putting my team together here and I have found that I am short on players frim the 27 Yankees. Can I use batters from my pitching team?

When my team fell short, I used $200K players from the same franchise to fill in the missing roster spots.  I hope everyone else in the same situation is required to do the same thing.
