That's one of the strategies to take decent players that you don't really need ie. Julian Hammon so that the other owners drafting late don't get them. That leaves terrible players for the guys drafting late in the 10th round. Plus, as we know the SIM will put players in the game that aren't even supposed to get any minutes so those bad players may mean a few extra losses.
