Once everyone on the list makes their selection, we'll count them all up.  If more than 13 owners select a particular league (which I really don't think will happen), than the highest 13 on the list will be the ones who get in.  The fourteenth (and any others) will simply have to re-pick.

The reason we stop at 13 is because myself, TOYSBOYS and DARTHDURRON already have a spot sewn up in each league.

Sorry i went out of order, but I did not catch that part of the explanation. Just didn't read closely. But it won't matter. The leagues are being split pretty evenly, moreso than i expected.
