Mike - How do you feel about Del Rio?  As a non-Raider fan, it looks like a fantastic hire.  The Jaguars were always competitive when he was coaching them (and have fallen apart since), and the Raiders aren't exactly a destination job.  It's a better hire than I thought they would pull off.

Yeah, that's what I've been telling people.   The OAK job is at the bottom on the NFL HC job totem pole(or at least near the bottom).   Harbaugh was a pipe dream.   Del Rio is a cast-off but, of the cast-offs, he's probably the best option.
