given that biglenr recently posted that is leaving (or taking a hiatus) from WIS, I assume this league is dead, unless someone else wants to pick it up and run it...

But the league is still up, len's still in the league, and you're only waiting on 5 owners, right?

It was originally set up as a 24-team league... he was going to switch it to 16, but I don't think that ever got done.
