** Some owners might be biting off too much having a 2nd team. Gotta make sure those who take a 2nd team show a history of knowing how to use proxy picks to avoid skips.**

Some owners are going to miss picks whether they have 2 teams or just one.

And I agree with genco, missing a pick is not that bad, strategywise.

pg99 today missed his 1:30 pick(and no proxy), and he still got Charley Taylor(probably the #1 guy on his list).

OK, I guess I am the only one who is bothered by skipped picks.  I won't say another word about it.  If someone wants to make all their picks when we are in the 8th round, go for it.  You guys have your schedule.....but pick whenever the hell you want.  Missing a pick doesn't hurt anyone but you, so I don't give a ****.  Don't bother sending a proxy pick if being skipped doesn't bother you at all.  Just make your picks whenever you get around to it.  Or not.  If you want to wait until the draft is over and s  ee all the players who got picked that you can't take, and then fill out your roster from that point, what the hell, I guess thats ok too.  Have fun!  I don't care anymore.  I'm just gonna try to keep up with the picks that come in and not worry about skips anymore.

I need team names too guys!  Well, you know what...I don't want to inconvenience anyone.  Let me know what your team name is whenever you get a chance.  In fact, it doesn't really matter if you get one to me at all before the draft ends.  It would be nice to have them for admin, but I'm sure they can figure it out without everyone's team names.  If you get a chance to think of one, let me know.
