Theoretically I could have 1985 Vince Coleman who would qualify for the .270/.360/.450 category and has 110 SB and 1974 Lou Brock who would be my candidate for over 40 SB because he has 130 SB.  In fact I could have all over 40 SB as long they fill another category. Correct?

Correct.  When verifying rosters, I will see exactly 7 players on your roster with 500+ PA/162, and I need to be able to place each player into one of the seven categories, such that each category is covered at least once.

Yes.  It will be something like 4 or 5 days between selections.

11 pitchers max, including exactly 4 SP 
7 hitters with 500+ PA/162, as described in the rules
4 players max under 500K in salary

Fill out the rest of your roster however you want, as long as the above requirements are followed

This would at least allow those owners who haven't made their selections to adjust their rosters as the blacklist is being populated (instead of just finding out their entire squad they planned out got all blacklisted).

In fact, you could just conduct the posting of the blacklist in the forums as opposed to doing it via site-mail (just give each division their own forum post to keep adding to).

Edit: on second thought, that might reveal picks to other division owners what selections are being used.  Best to keep to site mail then.

What does it matter if the 3rd pick and the team captain see the first 25 players submitted?  They will both see that roster eventually even if you only did send it to the next player unless the instructions are to specifically jumble the list as we go along which I doubt many people will do).  And sending it to the guys who've already pick doesn't do anything as they can't adjust their rosters after the fact.

Edit: In fact by sending the roster(s) to all 3 owners, the previous owners could verify that his roster was properly copied to the subsequent owners (which would not of been caught along the way if you only sent it to the next owner).  If one of Owner's #1 selection was misread by Owner #2 and picked by #2, the error wouldn't be caught until after rosters have been entered and schwarze would see the same player on two owner's rosters (and the draft would likely have to be done over or the owner who made the mistake would likely get shafted).

A word of warning for the 2013-2014 league:  The WIS player search tool is showing up Houston Astro players being in the National League if you select that as a filter criteria (and they are not showing up if you select the American League), so be aware.
