If you're not sure if you're staying, don't trade regardless of the offer.
The worst franchises I've taken over weren't by inactive owners, it was the ones where the owner made tons of moves and got nothing of value.
Agreed. I've only got one team, and even with no experience, it wasn't hard to figure out that I could click on "Trade History" and scream "WTF?!?!?" at the previous owners.
