As of right now I would say crazyamos has the best pitching staff - Walsh, Seaver and Pedro in a row are pretty formidable for us all to have to face. 

mini157 might be a close second with Joss, Burkett and Lefty Grove, maybe better than close second. 

chargingryno looks like he is going for a mega-KC Royals 1970s-style team or a great Polo Grounds squad. 

Cobb batting ahead of Dimaggio and I-Rod makes dnmchill's team look potentially awesome as well. 

Mays AND Ruth with Tony Gwynn on base and shawbigred's team will give us all nightmares.

And there are a lot more strong teams building. Phew. 


If the regions were teams, (a nice theme league idea sometime maybe) Dixie gets the nod so far I think.

Gehringer has a .402 LIFETIME  OBP ! Nice pick.
