Hello All! A competitive first season is currently in the playoffs, so let's get season 2 going!. Here are the details: pick a franchise (exclusive to you), and draft players that played for your selected franchise from 1977-2013 (my lifetime). All players drafted must fall within this range. The catch? Your position players have to be less than $7 mil, and your pitchers have to be less than $8 mil. No to trades, WW, AAA, Clones. Yes to DH in both leagues. Stadium must be one that your franchise played in during this time.  NEW TO THIS SEASON...THE CAP HAS BEEN LOWERED TO $90 million.  Should be another fun league!

For reference, the playoff teams in season 1 were: Expos/Nationals, Marlins, Cardinals, Padres; Red Sox, Royals, Astros, Yankees...Yankess vs. Expos/Nationals in World Series
