25 Season Franchise Draw Twist

24 Team Standard WIS Format
Seasons from 1920 to 2013 (sorry no deadballers)

To start, everyone will select an exclusive player.
Your Franchise and Set of 25 seasons will be determined by your player.

1.Pick a PLAYER. (Example = 1961 Mickey Mantle).
2.This player determines your "FRANCHISE". (Mantle = NY Yankees Franchise).
3.Your "SET" will be the "12 seasons before" and "12 seasons after" your players' chosen season. (1949-1960 1961 1962-1973).

You cannot select a player before 1932 or after 2001 since we need "12 seasons before" and "12 seasons after".

The Franchises of Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Tampa Bay are not eligible since they do not have enough seasons.
Initial Players from these Franchises would have to come from the following seasons:
Angels, Rangers 1973-2001
Astros, Mets 1974-2001
Brewers, Expos, Royals, Padres 1981-2001
Mariners, Blue Jays 1989-2001

How you will get your other 24 players:
The "12 seasons before and 12 seasons after" from each Set will be randomly assigned, 1 to each owner.
So, you will get 1 season from everyone elses Set and 1 season from your Set.
You'll then pick 1 player from each of those seasons and you can Twist them to any season.

Must use the Home Stadium of your Initial player.

Using the first 2 participants as an example (Musial & Banks) won't 2 owners get 1947 & 2 owners get 1960 ?

How you will get your other 24 players:

Yes they will, but one draw will be from the Cubs and the other will be from the Cardinals. The seasons and the Franchises go together.

For instance, you may get the 1947 draw twice, but 1 player would be required to come from the 1947 Cubs and the other from the 1947 Cardinals.

bheid, as a point of clarification; when we say exclusive player that means that no one else can draft Stan Musial.  It does not mean that no one else can select the 1948 version of Stan Musial.  Correct?

Exclusive to me has always meant no one else can draft that player. Everyone's Initial player, all 24 of them will be the only version of them allowed.
ziba is the only one who can have an Ernie Banks on his team. You are the only one who can have a Stan Musial.
