Those are certainly CY numbers. Aside from that, the guy has a career .243/.291/.360 with a 1.16/3.19 WHIP/ERA. Those are fringe HOF numbers in a lot of worlds. He's not the best pitcher ever, but he is certainly outpitching his splits by a significant margin.
