Have no idea what this team is going to do but that are going to shoot a lot of 3s.  409 made threes just in the starting lineup

Shooting and assists seem worrisome as a combo, but maybe it can be addressed with your later picks?

Jason Kidd
Kevin Martin
Lebron James

Either that or hope we can rebound most of our own misses. ;)

Danilo Gallinari 12-13 Nuggets SF 21.4 44.8 37.1 49.5 3.1 13.3 9.1 1.2 0.9

Really needed one of the other SFs or SGs taken before just before Gallinari- someone who is a better defender and >efg%.

Why is no one talking in here anymore?
6/16/2013 1:32 AM
I can only speak for myself: 1. Its the weekend, so family commitments (likely the same for many of us); 2. been working on evals for the ODL; and

3. And most importantly I haven't drafted anything close to "starting line-up" minutes yet. Filled 72 minutes with usage at G, then took a 28mpg 1-point usage long-range SG/SF bomber that may have to stay at SF because of the usage, followed by 1/3 of a starting C, then 20mpg of a rebounding SF/PF, and finally a SF and perhaps PF that plays 22mpg, has a D over 50 and efg over 50 with 135 threes, has 2-point usage, very rarely fouls with a .055 pf rate and rarely turns it over with an 8.8 tov%.

The issue for my pick tomorrow is a perplexing one, I'll post about it in a few min.
6/16/2013 2:58 AM
Rather my pick later today that is. I'll talk more about what my issue was and why I made the decision I did after I make my pick today, because discussing it beforehand may lead to one of guys ahead of me taking the player I want.

I like that team too. You got your do it all guy in Harden, you phacilitator in Miller, your shooter in Anderson, and your two defensive/rebounding PF/C's.

This is what i got so far:

Jason Kidd(25)
Kevin Martin(27)
Lebron James(35)
Andray Blatche(19)/Marreese Speights(16)
Marc Gasol(34)

I know I got lucky with Lebron but I think I drafted a pretty good team around him.

That IS very nice. It's a backhand compliment- the very reaction you should be looking for. Was not that excited by the Gasol pick, but Kidd is right on target. Good efficiency around him which he will further max out. Not sure about 60 wins, but definitely top 3.

In other words, FU.
