This league is fabulously frustrating.  I was so underprepared and now I'm interested in how things are going to turn out.  I almost took that Marichal pick Calhoop.  I'm excited to find out how badly I'm going to screw this up, lol.

Here is a perfect example of legally skipping somebody.  Since slainte already has his Marichal, I will jump ahead and take 1960 Juan Marichal.

That was a great pick... There have been 15 draft picks so far, and 6 of those are Marichal.  No other player has been "drafted" more than 3 times.

Starting tomorrow, I am going to institute a clock.  We've only made 16 picks in over 48 hours (compared to the A.L. draft, which has made 28 picks).  Everybody should be making at least one (sometimes two) picks per day.  Make sure you check in late at night or early a.m. to see your draft slot.

I am hopeful that we pick up the pace and draft "ahead of schedule" so the clock doesn't ever come into play.
