The NL east team (Boston season 22) is coming off back to back division titles and has finished in 1st or 2nd 7 of the last 8 seasons.  Last season, the AAA was 92-52.   This franchise had only 2 owners for first 21 seasons.  Last season had the 3rd owner, but the team did very well.

NL south (season 22 Charlotte 80-82) has had a great owner for past 4 seasons.  Franchise has finished in 1st or 2nd place in division for past 9 seasons making playoffs 7 of 9 seasons.  Team has a great 3rd year Catcher who has won 3 straight silver sluggers and season 21 MVP.

The other NL south team (Houston season 22 70-92) has only had 3 owners including the same owner for past 18 seasons.  They have a couple of  ML power hitters.  The SS averages 35 hr/ yr for his 3 ML seasons and an OF averages over 40 hr / yr for his 3 seasons.  Not a bad team to take over.

I know there are a lot of open spots with commissioners trying to fill new owners, but I assure you this is a relaxed league with good and helpful owners.
