So far just the one quick response they sent me saying they were having someone look at it.

Total guess on my part, but at this point they may just decide to make the next rollover time the "first" rollover time, if that makes sense.

Good question. No further follow-up from Support at this time, so don't know.  I guess we'll have to see if the SIMs are tougher than usual to knock off. If so, that might be an indication they got a freebie recruiting cycle.

I'd also like to add why I didn't get my money back when recruits rejected my CV's??? ANY one experience this problem??

Yes, I am experiencing the same issue. Did not get refund for rejected visits.

There was an issue with recruiting that stopped it from fully processing during the cycle around noon. However, it picked up as normal during the next cycle and all actions were processed.

I'll just add that there was no additional Sim AI recruiting during that time, so we should be back on course.
