Did you stop arguing on the internet while on vacation because I made fun of you?   Did you recognize that wasn't "normal" behavior?

BTW, you seem like a beaten man the last few days.

Is it because you like to think that you're respected by family/friends/peers and now you recognize that your behavior here would make you a laughingstock amongst them?   Because you know that waking up and arguing politics on sports simsite where you have no teams would be mocked mercilessly in the real world?

Does that bother you?
So you're saying I should be embarrassed to be arguing on a forum online?

Now, I stopped because I was snowboarding.

Probably but even moreso when it's a site that caters to simsports players and you're not one.

You know, like if I went to a brussel sprouts growing site and engaging in arguments even though I don't eat, or grow, brussel sprouts.

The entire time?  No down time?  Like when you were in the car going to the mountain?   Did you not come home?

Brussel sprouts are so good if you roast them at a high temp and then give them a balsamic glaze. You're missing out.

Of course.   Your special brand of internet silliness amuses me.    Not enough that I'd check in at 5:51 AM to see it but it amuses me nonetheless.

good to know

I've said it many times when you've asked "If you find me so ridiculous, why don't you block me?"

Were you not paying attention?
3/15/2013 12:32 PM
I guess I just didn't believe that you cared so deeply that you would miss me over a three day weekend.
3/15/2013 12:34 PM
Only on Friday.  I'm not around much on Sat/Sun during the spring/summer/fall.

This is a rare occassion where I am in 100% agreement with you.  Roasted brussell sprouts = delicious!!!

OK, my wife and I were just discussing brussel sprouts.  She hates them and has never prepared them.  My mom hated them and never prepared them when I was a kid.  I have NFI what they taste like, but we have a number of friends who swear by them.

What's a good recipe for trying them?  I've seen them split and stir-fried (or broiled) with olive oil and seasoning.

What other veggie might they taste like?

They're like mini-cabbages but they taste...I don't know, nutty? Rinse them and trim the stems and cut them in half. Toss them with a little olive oil and salt/pepper. Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick spray and put them into a preheated oven at 400 for about 20 minutes. Then make up a glaze on the stove top. Balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, and soy sauce. That takes about 10 minutes so start it when the sprouts are about half done.

Then toss the sprouts in a mixing bowl with the reduction.
