I am trying to decide if I want to get in or not.  So I wont know what team i get until AFTER the league fills.  Then I have $50 million to spend and every player I pick must have at some point played for the franchise I ended up with; however, the year of that player I pick does not have to be a year in which he played for my franchise?  is that correct?  No Clones, what about rookies?

Clarification on the rule - I assume the 12-13 NBA season does not count for twisting since it's not in the WIS system yet?  So I can't use Courtney Lee as a Boston Celtic right?

if they've played a game with the team, then yes.  At least, that's how it used to go in the past.
