How can I enter the formulas manually? The config.ini doesn't work on my Mac.
You enter formulas in the tool itself.  Options->Equations.

I tried doing that and it would not work. I did the QB equation (GUESS) first just to see if it would work and I didn't have to take the time and do all that hard work on  the other positions at the same time and find out it really doesn't work. And it didn't work for the QBs. Do I have to do all the positions for it to work first?

I entered it like the following as well:

(0.10*ATH)+(0.10*SPD)+(0.18*STR)+(0.07*H)+(0.25*G/I)+(0.08*ELU)+(0.22*TECH)

And this too:

0.10*ATH+0.10*SPD+0.18*STR+0.07*H+0.25*G/I+0.08*ELU+0.22*TECH

Still nothing. Appreciate the help

Youre using the wrong spelling for TECH.  There is no H, just put in TEC.  Same for GI and HAN.  Just double check the equations that Yatzr already has entered to see exactly how the inputs should look.

Formula should look like this:

0.10*ATH+0.10*SPD+0.18*STR+0.07*HAN+0.25*GI+0.08*ELU+0.22*TEC

You shouldn't have to enter the equations manually.  It shouldn't behave any differently with a mac.  As long as you have the .jar and config.ini files in the same folder, it should just work.  If it doesn't, then you probably have a folder permissions problem.  If you put the .jar and config.ini files in a protected folder, then the program won't be able to read the config.ini file.

I finally got it to load recruits for next season (Hayes 44), but with every position the core ratings for S1 and S2 r blank, the equations are all set right tho, dunno wut could cause that...does anyone else have the same problem?

If the columns are coming up blank, then there are either no equations, or there is something wrong with them.  Are the equations there when you go to Options->Equations?  If they are, post one here or sitemail it to me so I can see if there's anything wrong with it.  Feel free to change the numbers if you don't want to expose the actual equation.

S1 is blank for all positions; S2 is blank for QB, WR, TE, OL, K, and P; S3 should be filled for all positions.

Wow.  That was blazing fast.  No issues for me on 16 threads.  Thank you!  This is a game changer.  I don't know how many times I got to my computer shortly before a cycle was going to run and didn't even attempt to download the updated data because I knew I couldn't get it in time.  This is awesome.

So far, seems to work great... even seems to be faster on downloading recruits... I did 16 threads, grabbing IQ and GPA and out of visions and the entire thing took about 14 minutes...  took me quite a bit longer last week... may just be coincidental but I was surprised it was all complete and updated in under 15 minutes.

Must not be a coincidence after reading zharkins' thread... guess it's as blazing as we BOTH thought it was...

OMG ... yatzr, you have out done yourself on this one.  The speed on my Linux workstation with 16 threads is nothing short of amazing.

Great job on this one.

Time for another donation.

Genius....pure genius.   This truly is a game changer as zharkins mentions.  I just downloaded all of the Heisman D-II data and it had to be less than 10 minutes.  I did not time it, but it was lightning fast at 16 threads.  WOW!!
