So I went 18/18 scouting on a rebuild team.  And I still feel the predictions are wayyyyyy off, especially on the 21 and 22 year olds.  When you have 18 mil in scouting do you look at projected ratings or always rely on current ratings plus your experience on player improvement?

I had 14/14 scouting and I thought "yeah he looks good but my ratings are probably a tad off, and 68 make-up... not sure if the kid was worth a top 3 pick.  "

So he goes 17th in the draft... 30 spring training at bats this season.... THE DUDE GETS 4 ... FOUR!!!  CONTACT POINTS opening day.  3 vs R and picking up points like crazy.  Id never seen anyone, ANYONE pick up more than 2 points in an opening day bump.  What am I missing here?

Is there a way to "reset" your budget if you want to keep the same team but start with the base budget?

I have 3rd year guys in AAA with a 71 hitting rating for hitting coach and 72 hitting for the bench coach.  20 mil training.  Ample playing time.  All of the prospects are on their 2nd or 3rd "regular season" line and the guys havent improved lickity **** on any rating.  WTF Mike?
