Usually when the 60 days is up or when he's actually recovered whichever comes first.  Then the 2nd bump is the other or when the season ends.

this last cycle, his rankings updated (marked regular season), but nothing changed.  does this mean that he will not get another recovery if left on the DL (he has been eligible to come off for awhile)?

12/15/2012 12:54 PM
He will not.  Not sure why he didn't get a second one.

let's assume the blew jays extend dickey and that deal is made final. as of that minute, how does the al east shape up this season?

Boston sucks.   Baltimore will likely regress to the mean.  Not sure if they'll drop back to .500(their pythag was 82-80) but they'll be hardpressed to get back to 93.  Tampa will find a way to compete.   Toronto has revamped their pitching staff but they only scored 700 runs so I'm not sure their offense is all that.  The Yanks haven't really done anything so I guess they think some players will have bounce back seasons.  I'd say:
Yanks 91 wins
Jays 88 wins
Rays 88 wins
Orioles 84 wins
Sux 27 wins

Man, at 26, the number has to be really low.   2%

would it surprise you to know that i hope the sux get less wins than that, yet don't get to draft a high pick for sucking cause i hate them?
12/17/2012 8:52 AM
No, that would not surprise me.
12/17/2012 8:54 AM
Do you mean you're taking the Blue Jays seriously?
12/17/2012 2:14 PM
Meh, we'll see.   I don't think their offense is improved.   Maybe they're just the AL Phillies.

Do you not recall the Blue Jays were leading the majors in runs before Bautista's injury?

12/17/2012 3:16 PM
That would imply that I knew Bautista was injured.  And that would be a lie.   I haven't paid attention to Torotno since Joe Carter was in uniform.

I guess you weren't watching your precious Yankees that night?

"Bautista was first injured on a swing on July 16, hitting a long foul ball at Yankee Stadium against David Robertson and being brought to his knees in pain at the on deck circle"

Maybe, maybe not.   All the Blue Jays look alike to me.
