Quote: Originally posted by colorblind79 on 5/27/2009how is Pace above Aiken, when Aiken has, in the last 5 years: 2 National Championships, 1 Elite 8, 2 Sweet Sixteens; and Pace has: 1 National Championship, 1 Finalist, 1 Final Four, 1 2nd round, 1 1st round? To me, the difference between a championship and a runner-up for a year should be more than the difference between an Elite 8 and a Final Four...not to mention the difference between the two Sweet Sixteens and the 1st and 2nd round exits. No offense to Pace meant.
I'm very offended. KIDDING!!!!! I thought the ratings might've been a little off when I first say the list as well.

It would be interesting to see the same type of dynasty rankings of the conferences over the coarse of X number of seasons.

I've been in the teens for years and years. Apparently I'm just not a top 10 coach. =(

Good work Alblack. We didn't move up this time based off our second rd nt appearance. We will have to go a little deeper next season.
1/29/2010 6:59 PM
You'll make a big jump next season, jbob, even if you lose in the PIT. That would be your 5th consecutive post-season.

If you'd made the PIT five years ago, you'd be currently #22 instead of #46
1/30/2010 4:10 AM
Sounds good. I hope for bigger things then the PIT next season. I will take it over missing everything however. :)
