I thought the rule was if you picked someone that was already picked that was on you and the draft continued?

If that is not the rule it should be, the owner should be notified right away, but draft should continue.

In any draft that I run there is a thirty minute rule, which is that the person is notified by site-mail and by a thread post, after he is notified of his mistake he has thirty minutes to re-pick then the draft continues.

It would be up to amerk1180 if he wants to do something similar here.
