You ARE trying to get an emotional response by constantly calling out other people's ability to argue and think critically, and failing to even attempt to understand someone else's point of view.
The topic of DOMA relates to homosexual marriage, which logically leads to a discussion of sexuality itself.
I point out the inability to argue because I'm sick of the logical fallacies people keep trying to use. Try making a real argument instead of doing that, and then I wont' be able to call it out for what it is.
I understand your point of view, but I disagree with it because it's not a logical one. I have every right to disagree or believe you're not being logical. None of it is designed to get anyone to be emotional.
