Is it correct that the better seed has homefield in games 3-5 in the first two rounds, while the worst seed has homefield in games 1 and 2?

What about in the best of seven rounds?

7 game series are 2-3-2 with the better seed getting home field advantage in the first 2 games and last 2 games.

World Series is 2-3-2 with the team having the best regular season W-L record getting home field advantage in the first 2 games and last 2 games.
