So anyway back to the original question...I AM HAPPY WITH STOPPING THE DRAFT UNTIL TARHEEL PICKS, OR IS SOMEONE GOING TO TRY AND **** ME AGAIN BY SKIPPING ME?

I'm of the opinion that if you aren't aware the draft has started by now, you deserve to be skipped.  You deserve to be skipped just on the principle that you're a terrible person, but alas, you discovered the league was drafting in time.

Then I will ask what others have mentioned...What is the problem with sending in a proxy?  I will be happy to send in your pick as will others.  I am certainly not in favor of getting skipped in the first round, but I am less in favor of the abuse of such a rule that allows people to hold up drafts because of the "sorry, real life got in the way" BS I hear every time I am in any league where drafting takes place.

tarheel opened his sitemail with today's schedule.

If he does not pick by his 2nd round pick tomorrow, the draft will stop until he picks or a replacement owner is found.

My opinion: it is the call of the person being inconvenienced. Friday night if you are not checking, then when? I would be just polite enough to give it until 6 pm west coast, then pick.
