I almost picked him 9th (which might say something about my drafting....), but can't believe he's still here.  Steal.

I'm amazed, thought maybe I was missing something about Gasol...

None of his numbers are really eye-popping. Most of his value seems to come from minutes.

Yeah I kept going back and forth on him. He's good but not great offensively, great defense, great assists from big man, but very low rebounding for a big man, which is what I would guess made him slip. Have to make sure you can cover for his boards. But he probably should have gone before now - solid minutes are more valuable in a single-year league than a normal draft league.

Just realized the guy who has Lebron now has Gasol as well. That's terrible news for the rest of us. Also I have no clue what iccoachb was thinking with that trade - he moves down in the 2nd more than he moves up to the last pick of the 3rd! If it was me making that trade I would have asked for something like shooter's 5th in exchange for my last pick. Sheesh.

I agree....hey lets give the LeBron guy an extra early pick...which I do think he whiffed on, but still that was a gift if he wanted my second pick for his I would trade my 2nd and 5th or 6th for his 2nd and 3rd

Yeah, the other way to go would be someone who better complemented Lebron offensively. At 92, that option will be harder to come across.
