No offense, but here's another idea for custmer retention rather than recruitment...quit screwing with the game to make ridiculous changes. There are BCS conferences that are ghost towns right now because folks just got frustrated and left. You need to figure out the best way to retain business before you try to get new business. Much easier (and cheaper) to have a good retention plan. Just my two cents. I'll "like" it, but have already dropped one of three teams and about to drop a second. Not too far away for me to say goodbye entirely.
