pexetera will take over for EvanSmoakX. Evan missed last draft and I had to fill someone in for him. He wanted in again this season and I wanted to give him another chance, but unfortunately he no showed again. pexetera had posted on the classifieds that he wanted in the league, and normally he would have been put first on the waitlist. However, with Evan missing his 24 hour window, I decided to give the spot to pex to get the league moving. pexetera is one of the best owners in the sim and will be a great addition to the league.

I am interested in trading down with the 21st pick.

Replacing the owner is great. My question was based on my limited experience with an owner coming on board a moving draft was that they have gone to the end of the round. If this is normal, I accept it as normal.
