Can a veteran of this league please explain the scrubs? Why would someone draft guys that can't play over guys who can play? Thanks

If you’ve already filled your roster with 10 guys who will provide all of your minutes and you won’t play anyone you draft in the last two picks then it’s just an easy way to roll with your 10 guys and not have to research 2 more guys.
