Edgar Martinez is 20th on the career OBP list.  The only other qualified members of the top 30 not in the HOF are Max Bishop and Cupid Childs.
Should they go in, too?
No, both of their careers were too short (in terms of PA) to get serious consideration.

Tec, are you actually stupid enough to think Edgar Martinez DOESN'T belong in the HOF?
If he's such a no-brainer HOFer, they why has he never received more than 36.5% of the vote in his six years on the ballot?

Maybe YOU shouldn't be calling others "stupid".

You always did prefer to appeal to authority instead of making an actual point.  At least evil_twin said some things about Edgar's actual career.
Am I "appealing to authority"?  I've argued in detail about EM's HOF creds in other threads.  Why repeat myself?
I don't think I've ever seen you cite any actual numbers or facts.  But sure, let's pretend you did.  I really don't want to discuss this with you anyway, I prefer having such discussions with people who have compelling things to say.

No, both of their careers were too short (in terms of PA) to get serious consideration.
They both played around 3x more defensive innings than EM.

Oh, we get to decide criteria for thresholds for serious consideration?

Cool.

Edgar Martinez's career was too short (in terms of defensive innings) to get serious consideration.

What difference does it make, you think Martinez walked too much anyway.

Do you disagree that, in general, you want your best "hitters" to actually hit?
